How do I list my field?
Sign up, complete your profile, and add your field details. Once your Stripe account is connected you can set it live.
When do I get paid?
Stripe transfers funds to your bank account on a standard rolling basis (typically 2 business days). You can view payout status in your Stripe Express dashboard.
Can I block off dates?
Yes. From your calendar dashboard you can block individual days or recurring days as unavailable.
What if a customer cancels?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session release the slot for rebooking. The refund policy is set by Unleashd platform terms.
Is there a contract?
No. Your subscription is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
Is the field truly exclusive use?
Yes. Every booking is private. The platform only allows one booking per slot — no other dogs will be present.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation SMS or email to access your manage-booking page. Cancellations and rescheduling are available up to 24 hours before your session.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest. You will receive an SMS and email with a secure link to manage your booking.
What if the field is not as described?
Contact Unleashd support within 24 hours of your session. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major debit and credit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your browser.
Is my card stored?
No. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch Unleashd servers.
How does the owner subscription work?
£9.99 per field per month, billed monthly. Cancel any time. First 30 days free.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Stripe processing fees (1.5% + 20p for UK cards) are separate and charged by Stripe directly, not by Unleashd.
Will I get an SMS confirmation?
Yes. Both the dog owner and the field owner receive an SMS confirmation immediately after a booking is made.
Can I opt out of SMS?
Field owners can disable SMS notifications per field from their dashboard. Dog owners can opt out when booking.
